I am interested in the descendants of Daniel GREEN and Nancy VARDIMAN and the descendants of Daniel Green and his 2nd wife Margaret "Peggy" BELL. Daniel and some of his brothers came to Fayette County before 1820.

Seeking date of death/cause of death/obituary of: 1) Hannah (RICE) MILNER, b. ca 1760's in PA, died before 1832 in Fayette co. IN. wife of Amos MILNER, b. 9 Jul 1760 in PA, d. 1 Sep 1851, Fayette Co. (Amos buried Mr. Garrison Cem.) 2) Caty (Catherine?) (Morgan) LARIMORE, b. in NC. She 1st married James Larimore in NC; divorced, moved to Indiana, and 2nd married Amos MILNER (as above). Caty and Amos married 23 Sep 1832. Caty apparently died before 1844, as she is not mentioned in Amos' will written 1844. Any info about these two ladies will be appreciated.

STONE - LINDSEY Seeking information on Elias B. STONE(1790-1870) and his wife Catharine LINDSEY(1795-1873). They came to Wabash County, IN from Fayette Co., IN in the 1850's. Several of their children also settled in Wabash County including William T. STONE(1823-1892) who married Elizabeth THOMAS. Several members of the family are buried at the Boundry Line Cemetery in Liberty Twp. Any information appreciated but most interested in the parents of Elias and Catharine.

I am researching several lines who lived in the Fayette County area during the 1850. The first is Julian PARIS with a wife, named Margaret. In the 1850 census they have only two children, but my husband's great-grandmother was a daughter born, 1861, to this family, her name Margaret. Margaret married a George CUTSHAW. George died in 1904 and she married a Ed LEMASTERS. We have nothing on the Julian line yet but would like to share information.

His pension (S-17362)applied for 15 Sept 1832 in Fayette Co., Ind,: after the ARW came to Ky, Mercer, Fayette, Scott & Boone Cos, Ky & before moving to Fayette Co., Ind in 1829. His brother, John CONNOR also a resident of Fayette Co., Ind b 1774 in Orange Co., Va., wife: Mary DICKEN/DIXON/DICKENSON. Philemon & John were 2 of 10 children & other brothers and sisters could be residents of Fayette Co. Am looking for a family W.E. JONES of Connersville, who took a boy inn from the Soldier Childrens Home in Knightstown, Ind. The boys name was Arthur MULLIS and was taken in by W.E. JONES. Around 1890. We have been told by his sister he was killed in the Spanish American War. Am trying to find where he was buried and about W.E. JONES. Any lead would be fantastic. thanks Lyda
