I don't know what year you are looking for, but I happen to be looking at a census page from 1820 Fayette Co., Brownville Twp. and John Crouch is listed right between two Dawsons (the surname I'm researching.) Here is the listing and I hope it helps.

RHODA DERRY (b-1804) in Haydentown, Georges Twp., Fayette Co. Pa. married JACOB ISENHOUR (b-1793) in Berks Co., Pa.

After Jacob died, RHODA ISENHOUR travelled to Fayette Co., Indiana by flatboat via the Ohio River with her family around October 1850 and April 1853.

RHODA ISENHOUR died 6 May 1857 and is buried in Connersville, Fayette Co. Indiana.

1. Looking for cemetery Rhoda is buried in and obituary.
2. Looking for any descendants of Rhoda and Jacob.

Looking for burial of Patrick MASTERSON in Fayette County, IN. Born circa 1805 in Ireland, wife Mary CLARK, born circa 1820 in Ohio. They married in Fayette County 5/11/1839. Both listed in Fayette County, Connersville township, on 1850 census. But, on 1860 census only Mary and son are listed and it is in Wayne County. Believe husband, Patrick had died. Have researced Wayne County records in detail and he not there. Greatly appreciate help or suggestions.

researching the smith family of connersville. grover cleveland smith was married to ethel hall. have been trying to find the marriage license but not sure if they married in connersville. they had five children, harold, chester, beulah, fred and robert. ethel died 1927 and grover drove a truck for a coal co. they are both buried in dale cemetery. thanks for any help there might be.

I am searching for information about George Julian, my ggggg grandfather, who died on 09 Sep 1822 in Fayette County, IN. His wife Eleanor Long (1752-1794) died in childbirth in NC with his last son Jesse (see below).
George's children included 1) John, 2) Sarah, 3) Mary, 4) Nancy, 5) William (was this grave in Fayette County?), 6) Daughter Female (in NC), 7) George (married 07 Jan 1817 in Franklin (Rush?) County to Sarah Fullen), and 8) Jesse (24 Apr 1817 in Franklin (Rush?) County to Jane Reed).
Was George a "politician?" Was he married another time (for Jean Causey)? Was he had another son from this family? Where is this George buried?

My great grandfather, John Bunyon CROUCH came from Indiana, county unknown to Missouri where he married Eliza Jane TRUITT. Their son, William Bunyon CROUCH returned to Decatur and later Bartholomew County, Indiana. I don't know siblings or parents for John Bunyon. He and Eliza were married in 1872, William was born in 1880. Any help/connection?

SCOTT, JOEL is listed on the Jackson Township, Fayette Co., Census Index for 1850. Trying to find out if this is my Joel Scott. He was supposed to have been born in Indiana, but I haven't found out where yet. Since I found his name on this Census, I thought I would start here. He had his first son, Pharis Scott in 16 January 1853, in Indiana (County unknown). Before 1860, Joel had left Indiana, his second son Christopher was born in Iowa. Joel is married either to a Bluda Davis or A. Davidson (2 different sources). The 1850 census shows an Ann Scott (A. Davidson?), but not at the same residence as Joel. Our information states that Daniel Stewart was born 23 Oct 1838 in Fayette County, IN died 14 Jan 1919, Adnerson, IN.
He married Samantha Munger 25 Jul 1867 in Raleigh, Rush Co., IN by Squire Legg. Samantha was born 9 May 1849 in Rush County, IN d 3 June 1921 in Anderson, IN.

Daniel was born to Martin Stewart and Phoebe Palmer. Two known siblings are Jacob and Enfield (Mrs. James O'Neal/O'Neil) both living in Rushville when Daniel died.

The story states there were 4 brothers that went to the Civil War and only 2 returned. We know Daniel served over 4 years in the Civil war.

The children were supposedly orphans.

I would appreciate contacting others on this line.

I am searching for the family of Amos WALTER b. abt 1815 in PA. and his wife Susannah POWELL b. MD. They were married in Fayette County, IN. in 1839. Amos had the following children born in Indiana between 1840 and 1854: Jonathan, Elias, Susannah Palestine, Mary Catherine, Amos Hallick, and Anna.
The family is listed on the 1850 Indiana Census roll for Shelby County. Prior to 1860 they had moved to Richland County in Illinois and then to Wabash County Illinois.
I believe that Amos Walter may have moved from Pennsylvania with at least two brothers. Elias and Christian Walter. Elias appears on the 1860 Illinois Census in Wabash County.

I am searching for information about the families of Amos WALTER b. abt 1815 in PA.married Susannah POWELL b. 1815 in MD. They were married in Fayette County in 1839.
They were listed on the 1850 Indiana census in Shelby County. They had the following children born in Indiana between 1840 and 1854: Jonathan, Elias, Susannah Palestine, Mary Catherine, Amos Hallick, Anna.

I believe that Amos had at least one brother that traveled with him from PA to Illinois. His final settling place was Wabash County Illinois. There were on the Census in Wabash County an Elias Walter and a Christian Walter. I would like to find the parents of these people.
